Acceptance

The acceptance of a booking through our agent shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

Risk

All lost, damaged or destroyed equipment/vehicles, in any cause whatsoever (including the acts negligent or not of technicians) will be able to be claimed on the hirers or Production companies insurance for full replacement value.

In the event that we are advised that the hirer is not insuring the equipment, an accident damage waiver will be charged. The fee for the accident damage waiver will be $350 per day for the ten tonne trucks and $325 per day for the eight tonne trucks and $275 per day for the six tonne trucks.

The hirer or Production company will, until the equipment has been replaced or repaired pay the hire charge on the equipment (including if applicable charges outside the original hire period).

Tungsten bulbs charges will be as used unless covered by bulb time. Bulbs broken in transit or in use will be charged.

Cancellation

A booking, if cancelled, will be charged for at 100% of the cancellation fee regardless of the time frame involving the confirmation. The cancellation fee will be calculated on the number of days work cancelled, at a daily rate equal to 1 day truck, 1 day generator, 1 day labour, and 1 day 18kw hire. This clause is outside the terms of the "Blue Book".

Payment

Payment shall be made in full on or before the 20th day of the month following the invoice. Interest may be charged on any amount owing after the due date at a rate of 2.5% per month.
